What r d best products for teeth whitening?

I was wondering what products are the best for teeth whitening?

First, what is a good whitening toothpaste?

Second, what is a good product to use for teeth whitening that doesn’t leave my teeth extremely sensitive? I have heard from multiple people that a lot of the whitening strips leave your teeth very sensitive. Anyone have any experience with a whitening product that does not leave you with extremely sensitive teeth after?

    You might want to speak with your personal dentist about bleaching your teeth. I know the Crest whitening strips work very well.

    Here’s what I have found works really good:

    Use arm and hammer whiting toothpaste after every meal.

    Personally Crest white strips don’t make my teeth sensitive, so if u want use those every night before sleeping.

    Chew a couple pieces of orbit whiting gum at random times in the day.

    After doing all 3 of those all in a day for about 3 weeks your teeth should be extremely shiny white.good luck
