Bleaching will have very little affect. White teeth have been lightened by hydrogen peroxide in a base of gel. Get a box of baking soda and make a paste with it and put the tip of your tooth brush in it and brush your teeth. Go as long as you can without spitting it out as it is a whitener too.

i don't think it will work on discolored teeth like that because it doen't work on crowns and stuff

I am certain you will be able to have your teeth bleached at your age. The cost is from 150-300$ depending on what dentist you choose. I think delta dental ins. covers a portion of that.
