    Try posting in Dental where you may get more knowledgeable answers…as well as looking up reviews online for various teeth whitening products. Many people find baking soda and peroxide to work just fine.

    while I do not know the answer to that, I will advise that brushing with baking soda and char coal makes a difference. Yeah, you read right, I wrote char coal, that black stuff.

    Don´t use backing soda, it destroys your dental enamel, use a professional bleaching product. There are plenty out there…I had good luck with Idolwhite, its easy to use and it works. Also they have this free trial offer, where you get on package for free, so you can test it. But dont overdo it, its kind of strong and bleaches very fast
